Easy ticket creation
Creating a ticket in our software is as easy at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Both end users and the support team will be happy because of how easy it is to create a ticket—they’re just long enough for relevant information to come through, but just short enough that it isn’t tedious to fill in. Need to edit a ticket after you’ve submitted? No worries, just check out the ticket dashboard and edit the ticket from there.
Ticket Dashboard
Your ticket dashboard shows all of your tickets. For a quick overview of relevant tickets, filter by queue, status, severity, and much more. Each individual ticket, along with its status and other information, is listed on the dashboard as well. As a bonus, they’re color coded based on its severity—low, medium, high, and critical.
Autosave tickets
