Quick ticket analysis
Your dashboard allows for quick analysis of all your tickets. You’ll be able to view ticket distribution by status, priority, and departments.
You’ll also be able to see ticket distribution on multiple filters, including tickets that are overdue, escalated, unassigned, on hold, and under observation.
Recent activities
Keep an eye on ticket activity with the recent activities feature. Ticket activity is timestamped and lists the ticket and its newest activity, which is color coded based on status.
Recent replies
Stay involved in the conversation through the recent replies feature. All ticket replies are timestamped and list the ticket, message, and team member who wrote the message.
Announcements
Make sure everyone is in the loop with announcements. All announcements will be shown at the top of the screen as well as your dashboard.
