Never miss a deadline with proactive task escalations. If a task has not been completed as it inches closer to the due date, its status will be escalated and all team members will be notified until its completion.
Proactive task escalations
As a task grows closer to the due date, its status becomes escalated in severity level. As the severity level grows higher, so does the amount of notifications.
Adaptive notifications
Both teams and management are notified via email and through the intelliView360 system of task due date violations to ensure that tickets are completed as soon as possible.
